What is your complaints process?
If you have a complaint, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact the Developer Services Coordinator who is dealing with your enquiry, they will be very happy to help resolve any issues or concerns you might have. Their details can be found on any correspondence you have received.
2. We aim to resolve all complaints at this stage but if your concerns are not addressed, please contact one of our Senior Technical Leads.
3. If we are unable to resolve your complaint at these first two stages, you should escalate your complaint to our Network Service Manager, Rachel Baker.
